Audiobooks.com: A product review |
Using the android app ‘Audiobooks.com’ is a new experience for me. I have been using audio books applications for the last one year. Previously, I have used ‘LibriVox Audio Books’, and my experience was sound. However, Audiobooks.com seems like an audiobook marketplace. Though they offer some free audiobooks, most of them are taken from LibriVox public domain. I have sorted out some good sides and some recommendations for this app below:
Good Sides:
A common platform for a lot of audio books in many niches e.g. free, paid, literature, science, language etc.
Can be browsed without logging in.
Collection for both free and paid books is huge.
Recommendations
User interface is a bit problematic.
Sometimes, does not work properly and makes the phone static.
Should provide more free audiobooks.
Should include books in other languages than English.
Overall Rating
4 out of 5
